About Us Founders: Fiona and Jack Barton Fiona and Jack Barton let their first property in 1978. Following the recession in 2009 and due to the increase in regulation, they decided to offer their experience to other landlords, opening up their property management service. Since then, many landlords have benefited from their expertise in managing properties in accordance with current regulations and handling maintenance and repairs professionally, especially out of hours. Managing Director: Gavin Barton Gavin Barton returned to Ferry Lettings from HMRC to assist with the growth of the expanding business. His experience with HMRC across multiple tax and benefit regimes has been of enormous assistance to landlords and tenants. Lettings Manager: Elaine Bruce Elaine Bruce joined Ferry Lettings after relocating to Dundee following 28 years in London. Elaine has been in property management since 1993 and is an experienced administrator. Lettings Manager: Janette Clarkson Janette Clarkson was recruited from another letting agent and has many years of experience in lettings administration in the local area. Janette has a strong talent for assessing potential tenants during viewings.
